Vijay Ashtekar, the Proprietor is Commerce Graduate of 1990. He completed his CMA (Institute of Cost and
Management Accountants of India, Kolkatta) in December 1993 and CA (Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India, New Delhi) in May 1994 and started working as independent professional.
During the training with mid-sized firms he gained rich experience in the field of Statutory Audit and
Internal Audit of large size public limited companies and also small size private limited companies.
The exposure helped to understand the internal control systems and also the way of doing business. The keen
observation habit helped to learn the behaviour pattern of the key managerial personnel in large
organisations. This helped to implement the suitable processes in the businesses of the clients and improve
their productivity and overall development.
